  • We try our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible--- so we decided to charge you for what we pay for or even less! We truly believe in giving you the better deal from our end and we are glad to do so!

We do offer shipping to APO’s and shipping normally may vary from 7-20 days.

International Orders

    ***Note: International services will be available starting on September 1, 2017.***

    We offer DHL world wide shipping with a low-cost solution for our customers. Typically, international shipping is very expensive but our rates are at the fraction of the cost of standard rates. Also, if you believe your shipment is lost in transit which can happen, then please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    • Shipping may take up to 4-15 days depending on the service you choose (excluding going thru customs and it may take an additional 1-14 days depending on your country).
    • Custom clearance will charge you for duty & tax which is not covered by ZeusGears.com due to the complex regulations in each country.

    Returns, Refunds, and Exchange

    Returns Policy

    You may return any new or unused item ordered from ZeusGears.com within the last 30 days from date of purchase.

    Zeus Gear’s 30-day money back guarantee fully covers the shipment cost of returned item only for defected product or a shipment error on our behalf. Otherwise, please note that you are responsible for returning the item to Zeus Gear and we shall not be held responsible for any lost item in transit to us. All item must be returned in the original package. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for Exchange/Refund Process.

    Refunds

    Zeus Gear will process returns and refunds only for items that were purchased directly from ZeusGears.com within the last 30 days from date of purchase. If you need to return an item, please refer to ‘Returns Policy’ section to ensure proper processing. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in a delay processing your return and may affect your ability to receive a refund.

    Refund Process

    Once your return is received by Zeus Gear. A credit for the full purchase price (plus tax excluding outbound shipping & handling cost) will be issued to the original form of payment used to purchase the item you are returning.

    Exchange

    For manufacturer’s defected item, please refer to the details from ‘Returns Policy’ section. Once your return is received by Zeus Gear, then a brand-new item will be shipped to you within 1 to 3 business days.
